The dispatch is awesome and so are the drivers. Both day and night. I have never had any problems with any of the drivers or the dispatch. I will continue to use this cab company for all of my travels and my needs.

If I need to get somewhere in a hurry I'm calling Primo Taxi. Nice cars, nice drivers ( especially the black guy.with glasses...he's freakin awesome)... If Riki is dispatching my call my world fills with gumdrops falling from the sky...she's awx awesome aswell....

I've been a part of Primo Taxi for the last 6 months or so. Sometimes I would go in and chat with the dispatcher, Riki Lane and the owner Tomas Martinez. Riki would have me in awe how expertly she would handle 2-3 phones at a time with such personality and professionalism; knowing where each driver was and who to send the next call to. Tomas would talk about how to upgrade his company and better his cabbies. I decided to join Primo Taxi, when asked. I was told by some of the cabbies that the customers were mean and didn't tip. That has not been my experience. The customers are nice, tip when they can and carry on thoughtful conversations. The dispatchers, Riki, Cherylyn and Wanda and very helpful and friendly. The cars are clean and kept up on a regular basis. I may be biased, however, I would choose Primo Taxi over the other cabs in the DeLand, Orange City and Deltona areas.

Primo is the best taxi company. The dispatcher was polite and helpful, the driver arrived quickly, and the driver was so friendly. I would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs a ride. Their rates are reasonable and they can accept credit cards which is helpful when you don't have cash on you. Will definitely use them again!

Always on time and patient. I work at a hospital so I don't always get out on time. My driver is always friendly and understanding.

Great service. They took me to the airport in a nice new car. The driver was five minutes early and waited for patiently for about 10 minutes for me as I was running behind. I am glad that we now have a taxi service in DeLamd with new cars and courteous drivers.

Primo taxi is GREAT they saved me one night when I left my lights on !!! They came a gave me a jump start in less than five minutes I tipped the girl and I was on my way but they have great new cars and very fast service unlike other taxi companies around this area !
